The organizer of the Three Worlds of Wine Dinner had to search all over the globe for the wines that the dinner will showcase. Champagne and Fronsac in France, Rioja in Spain, and Eagle Peak in California are the source of the champagne, Bourdeaux, and pinot noir that you'll have the opportunity to taste at this special dinner at Ibiza Food and Wine Bar on October 19th.
Chef Charles works closely with three winemakers from around the world to create a special tasting dinner that begins with a champagne toast at 6:30 p.m. Then guests will savor four courses of cuisine inspired by the flavors of California, France, and Spain—the birthplaces of the wines.
